Together for Safer Communities (TOSCO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to building a just, safe, and inclusive society across Somaliland.
To empower communities and institutions to reduce injustice, poverty, and road traffic injuries through advocacy, partnerships, and innovative community-driven solutions that improve safety, health, and resilience.
We work with a foundation of community engagement and empowerment, ensuring local ownership of solutions. Through advocacy and policy influence, we shape safer, fairer, and more equitable systems. Our approach combines capacity building with evidence-based programming, using research and data to guide interventions alongside government, civil society, academia, and the private sector.
